CHAPTER SPECIAL PROJECTS
/ GNP JOB DESCRIPTION
The Special Projects / Good Neighbor Program Coordinator
is appointed by the Chapter Chairperson to take the
lead on all activities concerning the Chapter’s
Good Neighbor program and any other special projects
the Chapter Chair needs special emphasis on. This includes
all coordination with the Chapter’s sponsored
Good Neighbor activity.
CHAPTER SPECIAL PROJECTS / GNP DUTIES
- Building and maintaining an annual plan for the
Chapter’s Good Neighbor Program’s (GNP)
sponsored activity.
- Preparation and presentation of coordinated GNP
events at the chapter Executive Committee and General
Membership Meetings. This includes keeping the Executive
Committee as well as the General Membership abreast
of any changes in events or requests for support.
- Direct coordination with the GNP sponsored activity
on all planned events as well as coordinating with
outside agencies for necessary support for the events.
- Make regular visits to the GNP sponsored activity
to ensure chapter representation and also to keep
the lines of communication open.
- Assembling and heading special committees for those
events that require additional support.Be prepared
to provide input for media coverage on all GNP events.
