Dragon Hill Chapter 1507

     The Non Commissioned Officers Association was founded in 1960 in San Antonio, Texas by a group of retired noncommissioned and petty officers seeking to create a patriotic, fraternal, and benevolent Association. Through the years of its existence there have been a number of changes and improvements in the Association that should be of interest to prospective members. NCOA's membership includes and is open to all Current, Separated, or Retired Enlisted Soldiers who have served honorably in an Active, Reserve, or National Guard capacity in the U.S. Armed Forces. There are 64 Chapters World Wide and Membership is over 51,000 as of 16 July 08. 

     The Dragon Hill Chapter was chartered Feb 12, 1991. The Chapter Serves our Military and  surrounding communities by sponsoring or co-sponsoring many Service Member Recognition Programs, Civic Organizations, School and Community projects.

     We contribute funds and or promotional items to Unit Activities, Charitable Organizations, MWR and BOSS Programs, the NCOA National Scholarship Fund, Disaster Relief Fund, as other Community Programs. 

     Additionally, we have a Chapter Scholarship Program. We select (4) students from the DODDS schools in Korea and award $1000.00 to each. 

     Our participation in the USFK/EUSA Good Neighbor Program includes Partnership with the CFC ROK Service Members and sponsorship of the Young Nak Children’s Home. In addition, we sponsor the EUSA Soccer Team.  We are also a Special Member of the AMCHAM.
