The award was presented on behalf of the President's Council on Service and Civic Participation. In recognition and appreciation of their commitment to strengthening our Nation and for making a difference through volunteer service. Chapter Awardees included US and ROK Service Members and Civilians. Some recipients could not make it to this presentation. There were a total of 31 persons that received the award that included a lapel-pin, certificate and letter from President's Council and President.
